One Day Chocolate Making Workshops
Would you like to learn about working with chocolate? Are you a keen baker but don’t know how to temper chocolate when a recipe just expects you to know already? Well why not spend a day with us at and learn to do just that. You will also learn to mould and enrobe your very own creations and as we do everything in house we will even make you your very own labelling so that you can show them off when you go home! The course costs €70 and runs on a Monday from 9.30 to approx. 4.00pm with coffee break and a 2 course home cooked lunch. Maximum number of people per course is 3. Half Day Workshops
Chocoterie’s full day chocolate making workshops have so far proved very popular, so we have decided to add a shorter course too. you can spend a morning or afternoon with us and learn to temper, enrobe and mould your own chocolates. Starting in May the workshop will last approx 3.5 hours, and you will even be able to wrap your creations in your own bespoke packaging making it a unique opportunity to show off your new skills!Booking essential is essential and a maximum of three people per workshop. €35 including tea/coffee and cake. Workshops run from 9.30 to 1.00 and 2.00 to 5.30 approx, Mon, Wed, Thurs, Friday
Chocoterie, from time to time also holds demonstrations for small groups who are interested in seeing what we do and finding out more about chocolate. If you belong to a group or club and would like to visit us for a demonstration then please contact me at email@example.com. Depending on how many in the group please allow approximately one hour for demonstration and talk. €5.00 per person includes coffee/tea and cake and of course there is always chocolate to try!
