Would you like to learn about working with chocolate? Are you a keen baker but don’t know how to temper chocolate when a recipe just expects you to know already? Well why not spend a day with us at and learn to do just that. You will also learn to mould and enrobe your very own creations and as we do everything in house we will even make you your very own labelling so that you can show them off when you go home! The course costs €70 and runs on a Monday from 9.30 to approx. 4.00pm with coffee break and a 2 course home cooked lunch. Maximum number of people per course is 3.
